Bimini Shipping - Guidelines & Forms
All Vehicles Including Automobiles, Trucks and Heavy Equipment Require:
- Original title or certificate of destruction
- Invoice with declared value
- Original Power of Attorney signed and notarized by title holder and copy of owners drivers license
- Payment before clearing and shipping (unless authorized)
All Golf Carts Require:
- Original Bill of sale notarized and signed by sales person

All Plant Life Requires:
- Filo certificate
- Invoices
Shipper's Export Declaration (SED)
- SED filing is generally required by the U.S. Census Bureau for U.S. exports that contain a single commodity's value exceeding $2,500.00
